• Processing your data through ETL pipelines
• Training and deploying ML models on your behalf

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the EU (europe-central2 region). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage) to process your data. Your use of these services is subject to Google Cloud's terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time through the platform's API.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
