We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and data you upload to the platform for model training purposes.
Your information is used to provide the Service, including:
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the customer's isolated GCP project. The default region is europe-central2 (Warsaw, Poland) unless a different region is selected during onboarding. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Recs Studio does not copy customer data outside the customer's project.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Your use of Google Cloud Platform services is subject to Google Cloud's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time through the platform's API.
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) is available upon request for customers subject to GDPR or other data protection regulations. To request a DPA, contact us at support@recs.studio.
