By accessing and using recs.studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
recs.studio provides a cloud-based platform for building, training, and deploying machine learning recommendation models. The Service includes ETL pipeline management, model training, and model deployment capabilities. Your use of the underlying cloud infrastructure is subject to the applicable cloud provider's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. Customer data is processed and stored in the customer's isolated cloud project; Recs Studio does not copy customer data outside the customer's project or jurisdiction without written authorization.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with other users' access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For purchases made directly through recs.studio, payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. The payment provider collects customer payments, handles chargebacks and refunds, and remits the Vendor's share. All such transactions are subject to the payment provider's terms of service.
For purchases made through a cloud marketplace, the marketplace operator acts as the merchant of record under that marketplace's vendor agreement.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
